Create a collective experience for your inner circle, your space serving as the container. We can cocreate around a specific intention or simply share the medicine of breathwork with the people you love in the comfort of your own home.

Breathwork has earned it's place as an integral component in retreat space, & this is where many people are initiated into the practice. Often the most profound experiences, retreat containers are one of my favorite spaces to facilitate.

Many somatic & spiritual practices, like embodiment, sound healing & tantra, pair well with breathwork. I'm open to cocreating collaborative experiences with like-minded facilitators when it feels aligned.

This offering is about reframing conflict & relearning it as the portal to incredible depth in relationship. Trying to talk our way into connection is silly. Learning to create safety & connect our way into talking is a paradigm shift.

Breathwork is quickly making it's way into the collective awareness, but many people have yet to experience its potential. Companies that wish to share this offering with their employees are the business leaders of the future.
